It was easy to sign up for a storage unit. I don't like that there is no real human contact. It's a bit pricey for the unit not to be temperature controlled.

I had a wonderful experience while going through the process of obtaining a storage unit. Lee Ellen made the process easy. She has excellent customer service skills and a bubbly attitude. I would recommend this place to anyone

If renting a storage unit was a party, this would definitely be it!!! The ease of it all was amazing. My virtual agent, Greg-BHM, gave me the ultimate in customer service. This is such a great concept. My units were clean, well lit and Greg helped me get them close together. Fantastic experience!

The facility is well maintained. The technology is awesome. The ease of payment and use of the facility through the app is great. Staff is friendly and very helpful. I will use them again if the need arises.

My move in experience was HORRIBLE! Arrived on a Sunday with a 20ft U Haul. Nowhere on my paperwork was my code listed. I couldn't get to a person to answer. But I had paid movers to be there. So I'm out of that money, still have a loaded truck and an extra day charge for the truck!!

Courtney has been really amazing! She helped us get transferred to a much bigger unit for only a few dollars more. She has made our experience with StoreEase to be a pleasant one. I also love how easy it is to actually access your storage unit through your phone. StoreEase is a all-around good place to store your items.

Yesterday, after a rather unpleasant experience at a close by competitor. I visited this establishment. First, I had to adjust to the fact that it was all virtual. At near 66, I'm certainly not use to doing business that way. However, the young lady that came on screen, Mia, made it quick, easy & even pleasant. She was most congenial, warm & friendly, yet professional, efficient & thorough. Thank you Dear for walking an old man through it LOL. You are a distinct pleasure

Dalene was very helpful on getting us set up and in a storage until. Gave me us all the information we needed to get to our unit. Great company to rent your storage place from. I feel that my belongings are very secure where they are. I would HIGHLY recommend this company
