I was underwhelmed with this salon. Overall, there was a lack of professionalism. There are several trainees doing nails, so they are practicing on you. II also noticed (afterward) that it is in the strip of stores.that have Mexican names. This explains why seemingly everyone except the manager was bilingual to varying degrees!. This also explains why there was no attempt at conversation. In fact, my nail tech. was on the phone most of the time. My nails did get done. I am not pleased with how thick the polish layers are now that they're growing out. I left feeling a job was done--no pampering of any kind.

I’ve been coming here for a while as I always was happy with the faster service once seated. But always was ignored and never told hello, bye have a good day nothing. During sitting the guy would always be on the phone the whole time while ignoring the customers. Went yesterday although I’ve been irritated by spending my money there I needed a fill in went to give 1 more try and they didn’t even look up when I walked in , sat there and sat there finally I thought why am I here knowing they do this. So needless to say I left and it will be my last stop by. I’m confused as to why they ignore people and act as though maybe they hate Americans or something.

On 2/1/23 I stopped in to get a gel fill-in + nail repair. I was assigned to Stephen. As soon as Stephen started, I knew that he didn't know what he was doing. Long story short. As I was leaving, I noticed my gel nails not dry. I told Stephen he ignored me. I found that acrylic was layered on top of my cuticles and painful it is. My cuticles are cut/scraped up, extremely sore the next day. I could not rinse my hands in cold water without it being painful/burning. The nail repair looks as if my puppy dog repaired it. The polish job is embarrassing. Today is 1/5/23 I am popping my nails off as we speak so that I can go to my normal spot Regal Nails. I have to pay an additional $50 to get my nails redone. This place is sad! I tried contacting these people and thy are ignoring me. If they had given me $30 back, I would have not felt used.Services: Kids' manicures

This place is amazing. It has a great atmosphere, friendly staff and great customer service. Ruth my nail technician does amazing work. Prices are great and they do things with precision and accuracy. I was very impressed with her work, and attention to detail. 5 stars for sure I recommend this place for sure!

I just walked in, hoping for a pedicure. I had a delightful experience; Stephen gives an amazing leg/foot massage. Plus my toes look great and my callouses are gone.

Terrible experience. I feel bad for the owner because he seemed like a nice guy. But the man who did my pedicure was awful. He looked and acted strung out, he was very rude and rushed my pedicure. He kept hanging his head really low and was very careless with my pedicure. To be completely honest he was scaring me. He didn’t speak to me at all, and his whole energy was very negative. He clipped one of my toes on accident and made me bleed and when I acknowledged it he didn’t even apologize. When another lady came in for a pedicure he sighed and shrugged like he was annoyed he had to do more work. Surprisingly my toes don’t look awful, but they could’ve been done a lot better and with MUCH better service and care. I was very sweet while I was in there and was excited to finally get my toes done, but I couldn’t be more ready to get out of that place. I usually tip decent but I wasn’t planning on tipping him because of his service. But he was hovering over me and making me feel very uncomfortable when I signed. I still gave him a $1 tip and he snatched the ticket and walked away and didn’t say anything. When I left no one said anything to me. This place needs a lot of work. I would not recommend coming here.Service: Pedicure

My niece, her friend and I arrived at the location signed in and sat down. All seats were filled so we waited. As the seats emptied the workers went to the back, no one acknowledged us. A white female walked in and was seated before us, that is when I let the owner know we were there first, he stated that he would get to us. That is when I told the girls let's go. One thing about me I don't stay where I'm not wanted especially when I'm spending my money.. Racist place and please don't spend your money there. If I could I would give them a BIG ZERO
