LET ME START OFF SAYING THIS BRIDGET THE MANAGER IS A TERRIBLE MANAGER SHE ALWAYS ON THE PHONE SHE NEVER HAS TIME FOR YOUR TRANSACTIONS I ALSO HAD A DAUGHTER WORKING THERE AND BRIDGET FIRED HER AND SHE LOST HER CAR BRIDGET DOESNT CARE ABOUT HER EMPLOYEES SHE ONLY CARES ABOUT A RAISE SHE DONT CARE IF YOUR BEHIND THE COUNTER DYING THEY GONNA WANT YOU TO WORK A SHIFT AND THAT RUSTY GUY HE IS COOL BUT ONCE BRIDGET LEAVES HIM IN CHARGE HE TAKES IT AND RUN WITH IT THEY TOBACCO BE STALE THEY FOOD BE OUT OF DATE ALSO I THINK BRIDGET DOES DRUGS WOULDNT RECOMMEND WORKING FOR THIS POOR ESTABLISHMENT

I’ve always come out of my way to come get gas here because it’s the absolute cheapest in Birmingham and unforunately today they lost my business and everyone of my acquaintances. I experienced my first “people need to speak English in America” here, I’ve been in Alabama for four years and haven’t experienced absolute racism and discrimination like I did today. A customer came in speaking Spanish and the cashier with red hair immediately responded in a loud rude voice that he was gonna need to speak English so everyone inside could hear their interaction. She continued to complain to me and the other customer after he had left. It doesn’t matter that we are in the Deep South, there is no National language and everyone needs gas in their car…will never be coming back and am making everyone I know aware of this. Please encourage your employees to do better as this was deeply disturbing and disappointing to witness. I even tried to nicely engage with the cashier on the topic and she continued on her tirade. Completely unprofessional, not to mention racist. Do better please!

I use to work at this location. I have never worked for such a DISHONEST PERSON and or company in my life. The store Manger BRIDGET is not qualified to have the position as store Manger. She eats whatever she wants in the store and pays for maybe 2 items. She is constantly short on bank drops and blaming employees. I'm so glad I kept every text message I ever received from her. After I quit she tired to say my drawer was short. I kept the text messages from her saying that another employee stole the money because my gut told me she couldn't trusted. I don't know who owns Murphy but you are definitely losing a lot of money and products because of this lady BRIDGE!T!!!

If I could give zero stars that would be more fitting. Store manager Bridget Lyn (or so she says) is rude and to busy doing whatever else than to wait on customers in a timely manner. I needed multiple items and wanted to do 4 separate transactions. I had coupons for these transactions. And she told me I could only use one. I've used many at several different Murphys and never had an issue. Will never go back to this location. Hands down worst manager ever, but I guess when it's hard to find help you get the bottom of the barrel.

They have good gas pricing however the online hours say they are open until midnight but tonight the lady locks the door RIGHT after 11 and then sits there playing on her phone.

Great gas station. It is easily accessible from the interstate and the prices are pretty much always the lowest in the area. It can get a little crowded at times, but not unreasonably so. I haven’t been in the convenience area, but it seems pretty small. They mainly seem to focus on fair priced gas!

This place had absolutely horrible service. Got there at 10:50 at night. The clerk was standing outside of the bathroom smoking, with the bathroom door even open. She walked back around inside when she saw us pull up, and the bathroom was locked. So I went inside and literally begged the lady to unlock the bathroom so that we could use it, because the bathroom has apparently closed at 9 (weird when she was using it when we literally pulled up). We have been driving for four hours and still had another two to go. Tried the shell across the street and their bathroom was out of service. So this was one of the last places we could go to (and are now literally in pain trying to find another bathroom). I told her all this and she very rudely said okay and walked around to go unlock the bathroom. She puts the key in, jiggles it, and then walks away. I pull the door and it is still locked. We just left then because there was no getting anywhere with that situation. So, please patron somewhere else because that was just a rude, terrible experience, considering we even topped off our tank there to be nice and not just use the bathroom. I can understand not having the bathroom open because of sanitation reasons, but to pretend to unlock the door was just beyond unbelievable, especially considering that I had not been rude, or demanding, really just pleading. So go to the racetrac instead, it's just a little ways over and probably much cleaner than Murphy bathroom anyways.

The cashier was very nice. They man ahead if me was very rude to her. I felt bad for her. She was so sweet. Just want to give her a thumbs up at the good job she is doing.

The girl who worked tonight April 2nd 2021 was rude lazy all trash cans are over flowing no key to gas (Propane) also she would not let me redeem my Murphy points I am in a camper because of the storm ⛈ I have to have propane for hot water I need a way to report her she want give me her name she’s a black female I will not be going back unless something is done how can I report this matter I promise I will not give any more business To Murphy’s USA Walkers Chaple Rd. Fultondale AL

The website states store closed at 11 p.m. on Wednesday. I was here at 10:30 p.m. and the store was closed. All the lights ( interior & exterior) were on and gas pumps were on. The clerk had doors locked and cancelled all sales on gas pumps.

This Murphy USA Gas Station almost always has some of the lowest gas prices around the greater Birmingham area. It's right in front of the Lowe's in Fultondale. I stopped by here last week to fill up and also get Coke energy drink inside. The staff was very friendly, and they had a line out the door with customers buying cigarettes and other snacks/drinks.
