Picked up my order for approximately 1400 square feet of decking materials from the post for the ground all the way to the deck boards. Aron and Brian this morning where extremely helpful with helping me to get it loaded even though it was raining cats and dogs. Would ha e given it a five star overall except as we where loading it and checking things off the list the order puller had gave me way to many of one thing and did not have it all pulled, even though we had an email confirming it was pulled and ready to go. If I was to rate these two gentleman that helped me this morning they would have gotten way higher then a 5 star. I told them if they where going to have to go out in the rain to get my order I could come back later and Brian insisted days g sir you drove to pick your order up I want you to able to leave with your order. Tanks again for the great customer service Aron and Brian.

This place has become a waste of time. I have ordered things online for delivery. They cancel the order simply because they don't want to have to deliver it. They say out of stock, but then I drive to store withn minutes of cancelation to find all items are in stock. I am taking my business to Shaw Building Supply and Home Depot. So far, they both have treated me much better.

Stopped in to purchase a new thermostat for the house. There were a couple of models on sale. I can usually find what I need at a good price at Lowe's. But this was my last purchase and visit.... for other store related reasons.

I thought each department had someone to help customers? I asked for someone to help and I waited, and waited, and waited. I finally just left. I was planning to spend atleast $300-$500 but no help ever showed up.
Stopped again walked right by the guy and said I'm going to need a cage open. Thinking he was behind me I walked to the tool and to my surprise he was gone nowhere to be seen. I guess they don't wanna sell the stuff in the cage just what's on the floor.

I stopped by to pick up some kids DIY and the lady giving them out was trying to give me 2 without asking me how many. When I made her aware I had registered for 4 she made a face of discontent. Not sure what the problem was, but I felt unwelcomed, especially knowing I did everything right from my part to register online first before picking them up.

Service desk employee, paint employee Teresa, store Managerall very rude. Came in to return paint that wasn't covering even though employee and can, said it would. They wouldn't take it back bc it had been opened. How do you know if it's going to cover, if you don't try it? Anyway store employees and mark the manager were all extremely rude and non caring. I called corp and was told they should have taken the paint back with no problems. We had our receipt.

Open a damn register. Us old timers do not want to use self check out. We don't want to interact with a computer. We want a person to assist us. If you want my hard earned money have a person there to check me out.

This place is very trashy both inside and out, very obvious the manager doesn't care and corporate treats it like a step child
