I got my daughter a pair of jeans on black Friday I wanted to exchange them for a different cut. Same brand and everything. Tell me why they only gave me 1/2 of what I paid for them and then I had to pay a additional 13 bucks because the sale is over!?! I had a problem with them last year, they are always rude and don't know anything about the products. I buy all my hair, makeup. And perfume there. But not anymore! Yep it's only 13 buck but I live paycheck to paycheck and it's sad yall want to screw ppl over during the holidays

i scheduled a short hair cut which includes shampoo, conditioner, blow dry, and hair cut at $25. however, i was immediately seated at the salon chair rather than the shampoo chair. i assumed she would ask what i want and then take me to the shampoo chair but instead she started cutting my hair. long story short, i was charged for an express cut which is $35. i definitely should’ve spoken up and let her know that i wanted my hair washed but i assumed she knew what i wanted from my booking. i felt as this if she dismissed my booking because she had another client in a different chair but i’m not sure.all of this to say, my haircut is still really cute and i’m happy with it! however, i’m really disappointed i spent $10 more then i wanted because i wasn’t able to tip her more than $5. i definitely recommend this salon but make sure they know what you want.Service: Haircut

Worst hair experience of my life. The first two are when I arrived home and was super upset about the streaks on the sides and the large streak in my part. My sister then separated the back to investigate more and this is what she found. Stylist used a toner which is never required when highlights are left on long enough, did not want me dry it there now I know why. Another lady there decided to "reboot" computers right as I and another customer were finishing. Then insisted we pay via apps. Price quoted was $120 for highlights and cut, I was charged $170. Since no computer I couldn't get a receipt for the charges. I will say the cut was mostly ok, just one tag that needed cut. I've requested my money back and still waiting for them to respond.Services: Hair coloring

Their overall 2.5 stars is overly positive by 4 stars. Absolutely NO customer service because we all know they're doing me a favor by acknowledging I'm in the store (1 of 4 people on a busy day) Secondly, I dare I disrupt their day by wanting to pick up an online order. NOTE to JCP: I have NO reason to shop in your store when I can amazon anything you have OR go to Macy's or any other place. Teach your employees that attitude and mumbling is NOT considered customer service unless you work at Walmart. #Brenda was too busy to bother with customer service today. No more JCP for any reason. This is typical.

I absolutely love my stylist, Anise, at this salon! I'm so glad they have reopened! They are very safe and even gave my another mask so that mine wouldn't get wet.

Found the best beautician ever ! Brandy who is also the manager she has done wonders to my hair she really knows all about fixing hair she stripped all the dark brown out of my hair in 3 sessions then highlighted it I am so happy with my new hair she's also very friendly if your looking for a good beauty shop JC PENNY in fultondale Alabama ! Is the place to go !! All the other girls that work there are really good also and very friendly !!

I’ve been looking for a good hairstylist since mine moved over a year ago . Tried 2 places in Gardendale & was disappointed. Then I found out Penny’s had a Salon & got an appointment that same day . She did a “Stacked Bob” & It’s The BEST HAIR CUT I’VE EVER HAD ! Thanks JC Penny !
