I’d never rent here again!! Period!! Worst customer service ever. In the beginning I thought it was alright. Got my unit set up and was paying my payments through CashApp. Everything was going fairly ok. Fast forward 2 years I paid my payment through CashApp and she texted me and told me. Sorry I don’t work there anymore and I don’t have the money to refund your money right now. And to this day this was 3 months ago. I still haven’t got my money back. So I called the office. VERY rude and arrogant guy answered the phone and informed me that my rent was increased by $30 a month. So I kept it a few more months and was taking my stuff out and making room for it at home. I got back up there and had to pay $170 because he said I was behind. I said ok whatever and paid it. Shortly after that they put a red lock on my unit. I went to the office and he informed me that to get in the unit it would be $300 for him to take the lock off. I said just keep it. Jokes on him building was almost empty. Maybe $40 on a good day at a yard sale. I’ll never do business here again!!

You can never catch anyone there they never answer the phone or return ur calls and then want to charge a late fee, among other fees.

Brooke is great at taking care of her customers. She courteously assisted me when I needed to rent a U-Haul truck to move, and ensured that I had a storage unit to keep all of my personal items. Thank you Brooke!!

Yesterday,Thurs 4/21 at about 10 or 11 am I visited this establishment in order to rent a unit. The facility was "tired" looking but the unit was clean. However, professional is the last word I would use to describe what I both witnessed & experienced unless you consider poor attitude and offensive language as professional.I walked into the office & stood at the counter, after a few moments a voice called from the back "Who's out there?" I laughed & said "a prospective customer" The reply still from the back "Well come back here so I can see you" (wonder what the counter is for) No biggie though, at this point I'm mildly amused. I stepped into the next room where she sat at her desk. A gentlemen & a dog were on a couch. I told her what I needed & she told me where one was to look at it, No, not show it to me. She just told me what building & "if there is a seal, just tear it off". When they say self service they mean it, but still, no biggie.Upon returning to the office to rent it, the attendant was on the phone with a customer who obviously was hard of hearing as she had to repeat herself quite a few times. Each time her voice got more terse & louder, obviously becoming more frustrated. Finally she hollered in what I consider a very rude manner, " I'll call you back & hung up immediately before the person had a chance to speak. I'm still standing there. After hanging up she hollers " oh my f**king God".(which is disgusting) It was at that point I knew I had to go. While she had not said or treated me ugly, I couldn't tolerate that kind of behavior. I told her nevermind & she had no business in customer service. I left and rented one a mile or so up the road.

I have stuff there for over a year and they are very nice and easy to work with. Clean and secure too!! Only issue is I wish the afternoon hours would be extended to 7!!
