I go to this store a lot. I know the hours of operation & it clearly says it on the website. The woman at the cash register Ms. Shawnequa, maybe the manager said out loud that “we’re not taking anymore customers I’m done for the day” it was 9:28..so if you need something after 9:30PM on a Sunday night I wouldn’t recommend this place, it has turned into a dump.
Sincerely, a very long time customer. & disappointed customer.

First Dollar General I've been in that the shelves were stocked and pallets were not blocking isles.Register wasn't broken and self checkout worked....

Not my usual location. Clean and well stocked. The gentleman at the register was delightful. Any shopping experience is always elevated when the interaction is good. I was surprised there wasn’t many customers, normally these stores are somewhat crowded. I was able to be in and out quite quickly.

This Doller general in Fultondale is usually stocked up tight, but here lately, either they don’t have it in stock, it’s in the middle of the isle, or in the back… they just don’t get around to re-stocking the store, it is busy as hell tho’ all day except first thing in the morning… good store, great people working in here, just don’t stock quick enough…..

The service was very excellent and it worked great to make me feel like I was missing something by myself not being an employee at this location. The cashier was friendly beautiful and very professional to the point that she was very attractive and very much appealing to me as I felt very comfortable and appreciated for my business being with this store. Awesome staff!!

You need to train your staff on basic operations of the coupons and the app. What the point of offering it if your staff is in familiar with the basics. Had Mrs Karen scan my items and then tell me that no cupons were applied showed her the coupons from my phone compared them to the items and she still was confused. The system didn’t take the phone number. Not a big deal I type is again she then says they don’t take coupons in general Which is like no you do that why I type my number in. It was the most idiotic interaction I’ve ever had with another human being. If your staff can’t be competent don’t hire them.
