Room had been updated, but bathroom and shower were a wreck. Cracks in caulk, shower bar coming lose from the wall. Soap tray placed shoulder level and right where I needed to be to shower. I'm a broad shouldered guy and it was uncoat!mfortable.Breakfast was great.Sounded like construction going on outside our window most of the night.The bed foundation was wrapped in sheet metal or tin and every time you moved in bed, the metal flexed and sounded like someone hitting it.

The hotel itself was clean inside and out the staff was superb I mean there was a few issues but nothing that would inconvenience me or make me not want to visit againNearby activities: There are plenty of shopping opportunities and restaurants are within walkingWalkability: This property is located near plenty of stores

I can't say enough about this motel, clean, and wonderful people. Desk clerks are the best and so is the AGM.Rooms: Very clean. I was an assistant head housekeeper for Hampton in Madison Wisconsin for 8 years so I appreciate the extra mile your people take.

Do get this place confused with the one across the street your GPS takes you to. They have a good breakfast with delicious biscuits, Kelly cooks, a fitness center well worth visiting, and a swimming pool , I can't wait to get in.

Our first room smelled badly so we were given a second room. The second room was dirty, the shower was dirty, the carpet was stained, and the air coming out of the AC smelled moldy. Overall a very shabby hotel.

Didn't expect how bad it is. Full size beds instead of Quinn (like it says on website), everything stinks like they cooking food in every room, cant even find cold water to drink do to broken water fountains, broken bathroom door, looks like not washed sheets, cant even take a shower because there is no hot water and this is not end of the list. Wasted money and miserable experience.Avoid this place.

At first glance room looks nice. Indoor pool, is freezing !!! Who has a indoor pool not heated...guess got to start asking is your pool heated...multiple chairs are broke in the pool area Says has hot breakfast...we'll see...So many standards in amenities and customer service just not what it used to be

Location is about all it has going in it's favor. Sheets were clean and room was clean and thank goodness we only needed to stay one night. Staff was friendly but room smelled terrible and the "renovations" that had attempted were messy. You can put lipstick on a pig.....

If you have a reservation In this hotel they do not know the definition of customer service or the simple definition of treating a human being with respect. If you want to have a good vacation or have a good place to rest this hotel is no for you if you have a reservation and you think you have a secure place to stay this hotel is no like thatNoteworthy details: Alabama is Beautiful but tried to find a place or a hotel to understand you and your family are human beings

Absolutely horrible, we arrive after an 8hr drive. For one the pool was out of order and the guy at the desk was rude. We went into the room and it smelled horrible, there were smudges all over the walls .The bathroom door was broken,the shower was full of rust ,there was gum stuck to the windows. We never leave from a hotel but we had to move hotels because of how bad it was.
