The customer service at the store was extremely poor. The staff did not provide any assistance, even though I was looking for help. They walked past me several times without even bothering to communicate. This kind of service is unacceptable and needs to be addressed immediately.

I visited the Fultondale, Al and Forestdale, Al locations they were both very professional, very helpful and the sales associate at both locations found and ordered the shoes. I'll visit both locations anytime.

Don’t go here if you’re handicapped. I pulled up out front to let my wife out because she can barely walk and some idiot comes out telling me over and over I can’t park out front. It was obvious I wasn’t parking.

City Gear in Fultondale, AL. Very unprofessional. The Store Manager was unprofessional. I tried to return sneakers I bought a few days and she said they don’t do returns or store credit. She said I can only exchange for something of equal price. Then I said the policy says I can get store credit. With an attitude she said ‘well I don’t have gift cards so.. “ and just stopped there. How do you not have gift cards?! She didn’t apologize, or care for my inconvenience. I will not be back to that Location. Once I do that exchange somewhere else, I will not shop at City Gear anymore.

I had a terrible experience! You couldn’t tell who were workers and who were not. The employees were eating chicken wings and cusing in the store while bringing shoes out. They don’t deserve a 1 star rating !

Be careful the people that work here are not honest. On release day they get mad if you actually come pick up your shoes and give you a hard time. They also fraudulently ring up small accessory items without your permission to make accessory quotas but don’t give you the items they charge you for. That’s definitely theft and fraud!
