I was looking around to get a hot water heater replaced. BS Plumbing promptly returned my call, gave me a reasonable price compared to other companies, and scheduled an appointment. They arrived at the scheduled time, confirmed price again after looking over my setup, and went to work. Very professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. They completed the work bringing everything up to code, hauled away the old water heater, and provided the invoice and additional info. I'm so happy I contacted BS Plumbing and will certainly contact them for any future plumbing needs.

Needed a clean out added to a kitchen sink pipe. Brad Sherwood was recommended to me from a drain cleaning company employee and the recommendation was right on. Brad was professional, responsive, courteous and knowledgeable. Gave me his first available appointment. Brad was on time and got right to work. Contacting Brad at BS Plumbing was the best decision I made. My water was leaking really bad and I contacted this company and he was professional, responded quickly and was so very helpful about different rebates programs for homeowners. Brad was very informative about the difference between electric and gas water heaters and answered any and all questions for me. I’m so happy with my new water heater. I would recommend him to anyone with plumbing needs. I’m very satisfied with his work and will use his company again.

We initially called BS Plumbing because my husband found water on the basement floor and felt that it had been leaking from the bathtub directly above that area. There were also repairs needed in another bathroom. Water from the shower head continuously sprayed without being turned to shower while running water into the bathtub and with issues from previous repairs and attachments. ******** analyzed, found the problems, and thoroughly repaired everything in a timely manner without excessive cost. He was very friendly, answered all our questions and gave helpful and much needed advice. We highly recommend BS Plumbing and will definitely call again.
