They were so nice and made us feel comfortable. My daughter got her brows tinted and lashes done for her 19th birthday. She did a excellent job and didn't take long at all. I will be booking for myself next time.

My daughter had her eyebrows threaded on a Wednesday. The next day, she developed bumps below her brows. By Saturday, her right eye was extremely swollen so she went to the doctor to be treated for an infection. She got an antibiotic shot along with a prescription. However, the next morning, her eye was nearly swollen shut. This all developed AFTER she had her brows threaded at Pretty Arch in Fultondale.

I have been using Pretty Arch for over 5 years. I live in Georgia, but I drive to Alabama to get my eyebrows threaded. Sonya is a very nice, professional, and kind owner. They do great work and she wears the mask.
