“I had a bad experience at the AutoZone in Forestdale and decided to try O'Reilly, which is located across the highway. I walked into O'Reilly Auto Parts in Forestdale and was greeted with a smile and "How may I help you?" The entire team of professional auto parts specialists...Mack, Joe, Keith, Shenequa, the tall gray-haired White gentleman, and the 20-something year-old Black, young lady who wears the eye glasses are always on top of their game. I have been to this location a few times within the last year, helping my youngest son get somethings for his car and I am always pleased with their customer service. The team of professionals at the Forestdale location really works hard to welcome and meet the auto part needs of their customers.”
“I called twice before actually going in. I was calling around comparing prices. The price I paid for a battery with a two year warranty from them one of the competitors wanted that much for only a one year warranty. They were so nice and professional on the phone and in person. Made the bad day I was having so much better.”

“Oreillys is Gardendale is the best parts house in Alabama, especially for commercial accounts! They had my parts ready in no time, and were very communicative. And they were right! I also found out this location is the largest one in Alabama and is the main hub for the state, so if any location in Alabama is going to have what you need, it will be this one. This place is HUGE!”
