So glad to hear that this rip-off joint finally went out of business. The level of crooked dealings, lies and fraud this place perpetrated on unsuspecting customers was unreal. When the owner died his wife took over and she was the worst person on earth to deal with. Morris was nothing more than an incompetent old liar. The rest of the staff just couldn't be bothered to do the right things. All of that came back and bit them in the .... Again, glad to hear North Fulton Automotive went out of business.

I needed my brakes done. I called around town and got quotes and they gave me one of the best prices. So I thought I'd try them out. They tried to see if they could only replace the pads and turn the rotors, but once they got in there, they said it was probably best to replace the rotors too. But they didn't charge me much more. I also had one side of my air conditioning warming, so they tested that and learned it wasn't as bad as originally thought and put in more coolant, so now my air works wonderful. If it does start to leak again, they put dye in there to see where the leak is so they can fix it. I would recommend them again. The only negative is their mechanic got injured one day so it took a few extra days to get the job done, but it was a quick job and didn't really put me out much time.

Our family has done business with North Fulton for over twenty years. It's like doing business with family. They're beyond trustworthy. The absolute best service ever.

This is the most unprofessional and unreliable shop I have ever been to! I had my entire coolant system replaced. The head gasket blows. So now I have that replaced. However, it takes them 5 weeks to replace it. I finally get my car back. Upon pick up, its smoking and sounds a jet engine! What mechanic releases a vehicle back to a costumer thats smoking?! When I question it, they tell me its excessive oil that is burning off. I drive my car half way home, 4 miles away with my 3 year old son in the back seat. I hear this large bang! My car shuts off and it starts pouring out fluid. So now my 3 year old and I are on the side of the road in 95 degree heat. My engine is now blown. I have my car towed back to the shop. Apparently the mechanic did not install my head gasket correctly. Now I have another blow head gasket and a rod through my engine. THANKS! Only after my father-in-law emailed the owner, they tell me my engine will be replaced on them due to improper placement of the head gasket. THIS WAS 6 WEEKS AGO!! Every time I call asking about the status of my car, every single excuse it thrown my way. "The engine wasn't delivered", "they sent the wrong turbo", "the mechanic has a doctors appointment". Oh, and my personal favorite, "My mechanic got mad at me, so he walked out." ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?!?! I HAVE NO INTEREST IN YOUR EMPLOYEE DRAMA!!!! I have even been told to stop calling and "let them do their job. It gets done when it gets done." IF YOU DID YOUR JOB IN THE FIRST PLACE, MY CAR WOULDN'T BE AT YOUR SHOP RIGHT NOW!!!! This has been a nightmare!!! I am on the verge of calling a lawyer. I have lost wages, child care and spent 100's of dollars on transportation over the past 11 weeks. Not to mention the amount of stress it has given me!! DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!! CLEARLY THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!
