I discovered JLM Autos from researching YouTube for Lexus GX 470 reviews. I found the #CrutchfieldClan channel and began watching the repair and maintenance videos. My wife and I were in the market to replace a 2002 Ford Explorer that we recently gave to our son. I live in Minnesota and was disappointed at the badly rusted frames I had been seeing on some of the vehicles in our area. So I reached out to Ryan and he could not have been more accommodating to my questions and requests. I flew down to Birmingham and Ryan brought me the GX on a trailer. Even though he was pressed for time he patiently explained the operation of the vehicle and wanted to make sure I was happy with my purchase. He even made contact with an independent Lexus repair shop in case I needed a local shop. I drove it back to Minnesota and My wife and I couldn’t be happier with our vehicle. I bought a black 4-runner today ryan, and roger are the nicest and most kind people you will ever meet at a car dealership!! they helped me get my first car and took the time to get everything together and answered any questions we had!! Ryan helped me work through a sale of one of his used lexus vehicles. *I did not end up buying. <That being said he was by far the easiest and most honest car salesman I have EVER worked with. Very knowledgeable about the cars on his lot and seems to have a hand in any maintenance that is needed on them.
If you like one of the vehicles he has and you don't want to get tossed around by the traditional dealer, definitely see Ryan.
