“Great prices, just absent on certain products. They have the majority of essentials. But I went in there One afternoon looking for under pads for my mother. And they don't Carry them. I find that kinda odd. I mean there are many women out there that need those. I had to go to dollar general to get that”
“Really liked the different selections than what is available at regular grocers. Plus, the seafood pricing is much lower, as is most of everything in the store. Bring your own bags, pay a quarter for your cart, and get it back before you leave. I was pleasantly surprised.”
“Store was well organized, staff was friendly. The manager on duty was kind of a little mouthy about the poor guy taking out the garbage he didn’t realize it was leaking. He went to get a mop and she was making such a big deal about it. I didn’t remove a star for this because her behavior doesn’t reflect the store and the company in this instance, but I urge her to have a little patience and understanding in a management role. Poor dude didn’t even know it was leaking and it embarrassed him.”

“I Choose Publix for all my shopping needs, especially when it comes to purchasing fresh meat. The employees in this section are always willing to help you find what you need. If they have ran out of the meat that you were looking for, or if you want your meat cut differently they will make sure you leave with just what you wanted. I really appreciate the service I receive when I shop there. They have superior customer service.”

“The person who rang me up Sunday afternoon, I wish I had his name. He was sooo nice. He started checking me out and I wanted to add a 20 oz Sprite. He didn't point in the direction. He took me to the refrigerated 20 oz and said would you like regular or diet? Just an Angel. I feel like we are in a world where customer service is lost... “Appointment at 7am , check in at 6:45 am,Out the gate at 8:30 amLook at the pic and you will see how to enter here at this location, and exit different gate, once you back up to a door then the exit gate will be in front of you,Once you enter stop at the security guard and they will ask trailer number and pick up number, but make sure your trailer to pass security before you stop and then step down and go to her window, after that drive all the way around and check in at the office, once you got loaded then exit the gate and stop at the security to check your seal then you are good to go ,very easy, good luck guys”

“Stopped in today to pick up most,t produce. Certainly their produce here is better than most places closer to my home. The store was busy, but not insane busy. I even stopped to use the restroom. It wasn't the absolute cleanest, but good enough. I never use the hand blow dryers, so I was happy to see a paper towel dispenser outside the restroom. Since I do not mind self service checkout, I was able to cut my time in the store. All the produce was easy to find in the self checkout. It was a pretty easy trip.”
“Even though its Christmas time they have the store clean an shelves stocked with items .. the employees were friendly an didnt mind helping you .. the checkouts was backed up but its Christmas time an that's to be expected.. cause it was dec 23rd everyone was doing last min shopping but the wait time wasnt long. “We live over an hour away from any Publix supermarket and the local grocery stores in our area unfortunately lack many of the products we've grown to love. On our way back from a trip to Dollywood, we decided to stop at the Publix at Market Center in Tuscaloosa.
Now, we've always had positive experiences with Publix - their customer service is consistently top-notch. However, this time, the service was beyond extraordinary. A young lady named Brianna, who was restocking the dairy section, went out of her way to help me find a specific yogurt I usually buy. She kindly offered to check the backroom for me and came out with a case of the specialty yogurt I use to take my medication.
Not only was everyone in the store kind and helpful, but Brianna went above and beyond in her assistance. I was so impressed by her service that I approached a manager, Anastasia, to commend Brianna's efforts. Anastasia proved to be just as pleasant and helpful.
But the superior service didn't stop inside the store. Outside, my wife and son were walking our dogs, who were enjoying a large bowl of water. It turns out, a young man named Alex, another Publix employee, had seen them and offered to get our dogs some water.
In summary, this was easily the best shopping experience we've had. The level of customer service at Publix at Market Center in Tuscaloosa was truly exceptional and made our long trip worthwhile.”
