I had a great experience with the MRI department. There was one gentleman in there who was working at the desk and doing the MRI but We started the process right on time! I was in and out within 45 mins. (30 of those being in the MRI) and he was very nice and respectful.

I never can pick up my refills on the time they state, either its not ready or they are out. If their system can be set up to contact the patient before making trip and waiting for nothing, it can be tolerable. The medical promises for care that retirees and families were supposed to receive have been broken. I hope our active-duty personnel are being treated right. Be careful especially after age 65?

The pharmacy wait times have been greatly improved! Don't let past reviews keep you from utilizing their pharmacy. The Q-Anywhere text system has made it easy to go about my day while my prescription is being filled - they just text when it's ready for pickup!

My Husband and I were very pleased with our experience and the staff at Lyster. From the friendly front desk receptionists, the phlebotomists, and the medical professionals (NP Delk (gyn)and Dr. Britton-Williams especially). They were always patient, attentive to my needs and concerns upon my Dr. visits. Lyster also did a great job of accommodating last minute (often same day)appointments upon calling first thing in the morning. Regarding the pharmacy, yes-there can be a bit of a wait however if you utilize the Q anywhere system it texts and lets you know when your prescription is ready for pickup. That feature saved me the frustration of waiting in the clinic and allowed me time to run errands until my prescription was ready.

Super slow and if you’re here for an appointment good luck you will sit here for an additional 45 minutes until they take you. Also pharmacy is an additional two hour wait wish I was kidding

Everyone that I have had the pleasure of working with here has been extremely helpful and dedicated to patient care. I am very thankful that I have the care team that works hard and goes above and beyond for my care.

I was denied care!!! On June 14th 11:43am, I tried to set up an appointment to be seen. We are in the middle of a PCS from Germany to Alaska, with a month long stay in Fort Novosel for a training my husband is attending. I needed care while there. The female receptionist was unnecessarily rude and told me I could not be seen at Lyster unless it was an emergency or I had a referral from my PCM in Germany. I had to call my PCM at midnight because of the time difference and they said the receptionist was incorrect, that I should have been able to get care on any Army post with our coverage. I had to go off post and pay out of pocket since I was not able to get seen at Lyster or get a referral from them. Incredibly awful.I have to add that today 7/7, I spoke with a representative and she was very kind and tried to be as helpful as possible.

Constant mishandling and miscommunication with personnel regarding my prescriptions. Emails to patient advocate does nothing. They give me 60 days worth of medication and then claim they gave me 90. When I try to ask questions with the people serving me at the counter, I just get blank stares. I give up and I think that’s their goal is to just give such poor service that we go somewhere else.

I've been trying to make an ICE complaint for 2 weeks now and no one calls me back and the voice-mail box is full. Very unprofessional medical staff. They've even had me come in to an appt that I didn't need. If I could rate them 0 stars I would. Our servicemen and women and their families deserve better. And after reading the other reviews I can guess they will respond with a generic thank you for sharing your feedback message with a patient t advocacy number that no one answers and can't leave a message on. Do better please. We aren't just numbers we are people and deserve the same care and respect that you are paid for providing.

Got off to a not-so-great start here with my PCM, but the GYN Deb Delk and nurse Cynthia were amazing. Everyone at reception was kind and welcoming, and the phlebotomist I’ve had a couple of times now is so sweet (and accurate with the needle). Not to mention the patient advocate. She reached out to hear my concerns and clear everything up for me. Overall very efficient team.Wait times? I’d say pretty normal for office/lab visits.I am connected to someone to schedule appointments very quickly, and am able to have appointments within a few days.

We have been using Lyster since 2019. It has never been nice to go here. They have had to send me to urgent care every time I have been sick in the last 4 years except 2 times. For those 2 times they were not very pleasant except for the people at the check in counter. They have always been great. The yellow cards they give family members are a waste because we go so long without being seen they expire between every appointment. The pharmacy is ridiculous. If they worked like a normal pharmacy it would be better. Drop the prescription off and come back when it's ready. It would be faster if we all stood in line like a regular pharmacy. I also do not like the use of QR codes on medication bottles. The bottles or paperwork used to say not to consume dairy, avoid sunlight, eat food, etc. While the bottles may say some small comments we now have to use a QR code and watch a video to know more about the medication. I honestly can read faster than it is to load a video and watch it. I am busy and that is annoying. Upon googling, I found that dairy cancels my medication out, which would have been nice to know when I started it. That was not in the video. You know what normally said that type of thing? The paperwork.I'm greatly considering switching my insurance just to not have to go here anymore. They're too busy anyway.. I also recommend Walgreens. They're awesome.

Absolutely horrible every time I come here. I don't know why I ever expect anything better. The nurses and receptionists are nice but the doctors just sit around getting paid to do absolutely nothing. My appointment was at 2:45 with Britton-Williams. I was seen at 4:10. I was seen for a whole 10 minutes. I told the doctor about my digestive issues. She told me the symptoms I AM LITERALLY HAVING "are not possible". Then HOW am I having them?? Then I told her about my symptoms that I suspect are circulatory and showed her pictures of my feet when the symptoms are occurring. She told me that my feet just "look callused". She literally touched the stethescope to me and then said, I guess we will do labs but the lab is closed now so you will have to come back." It wouldn't have been closed if I was seen at my scheduled time! I live 45 minutes away. And since she literally spent such a ridiculously short amount of time pretty much just denying anything was wrong without so much as looking into ANYTHING, what took her so long with other patients to make her so late for my appt??

The clinic has been great as far as my personal care manager. The pharmacy on the other hand is the worst service ever received anywhere. The fact that they can’t get an efficient system in place after years is unacceptable and indicative of clearly ineffective leadership from the top down. Someone needs to figure it out or be relieved and get someone in that can figure it out.

Definitely not a smooth experience. Some operational kinks need to be ironed out for staff. You can't force people to be caring, especially if it's just a job to them. I get that. So the question really becomes how do you motivate your employees? Because I can tell you, something is missing here.

I have never felt the need in my 31 years of being alive on this planet we call Earth to take the time out of my existence to actually write a review about anything. Thank you so much Lyster Clinic for breaking the mold! Whole building should be thrown in the garbage, absolute god awful waits, you make clinics in third world countries look like St. Jude's.
