The post office that couldn't. Somehow a package can continuously be "out for delivery" yet never delivered. It would be exceptional to have a notice that my package won't be arriving in time until the days after it was supposed to arrive. Very frustrating and I still don't have my package!

Nice job UPS. My package that was supposed to arrive "Next Day Air" will be officially 4 days late. Of course, your "customer service reps" offered no refund for the most expensive service charge in your portfolio. Folks - go with FedEx.
