Ups Fort Payne can never deliverer packages when the tracking says it will be delivered, 3rd day now I have received an email saying out for delivery, but never received it ? and this has happened multiple times in the last couple of months

I receive quite a few packages from UPS for things I order from Amazon. The delivery service in this area is completely RIDICULOUS. More times than not it's never delivered on the day it's supposed to. When I check the status it's "Out for Delivery". Just happened again today, August 15, 2023. It's just not quality service. From the reviews, seems like a common problem.

This place is not only a JOKE but they are THIEVES! Stole a 2 carat diamond ring (had insurance) and they keep giving me the run around about who is responsible for the payment for my STOLEN ENGAGEMENT RING! (Corporate office says the local office is responsible and the local office says corporate is responsible) Will Be contacting my attorney and maybe she can figure out who is responsible! See y'all SOON!

Went in for a pickup due to an address issue. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They already knew of the issue and have tried to accommodate us as best possible

Not very good. Tracking numbers are not real they are just where the program says the package should be not at all where it is. Totally disappointed always held them to a higher standard I guess
