We drove 45 minutes one way to get propane from here. We called ahead of time to make sure they had it. We showed up at 6 pm on the dot. The cashier told us they stoped serving propane at 6pm. It's supposed to be 11 degrees tonight. *Update* we got a call from management in corporate and the guy named Josh personally apologized and was genuinely upset that we were so disappointed. He sent us a gift card and was very kind i hope that the workers can learn from Josh. And next time take into consideration that people come there to get propane to keep their families warm at night.

I love this tractor supply. The staff is always helpful and welcoming. Kate is very friendly. The manager Simon goes above and beyond to make sure customers are happy.

This store is a perfect home town experience. Everyone is friendly and willing to help. There is so much packed in this store. Even our kids love to go with us. Simon, the Manager, is very accessible. The only thing missing is a game if checkers and a cup of coffee. I love this store. If there is something you need be sure to try them first.

Purchased a set of dog clippers that were supposed to be "NEW" .Opened package after arriving home to discover Dog hair all in box, clippers,and on the cleaning brush!!! Cord unwrapped and oil package opened! When arriving back to the Fort Payne Store we were told Manager was busy counting cash drawer and would be there in a few minutes! IN A FEW MINUTES Parker the cashier who had checked us out shows up and Store Manager NEVER came up front to address our issues ?
