I was with metro in fort Payne Alabama and a Mexican girl that worked there screwed me around so bad that I had to switch carriers. now metro in fort Payne is closed for good. Apparently they screwed the wrong person over. It was a matter of time when you do bad business. Thank you.

I asked to use the phone to call customer service and the guy working said I had to use my phone or pay $20 for them to help me, this sounds REALLY out of place. 3 other metro stores I’ve been to have NEVER charged ANYTHING to help. This needs to be fixed. Lawsuit waiting to happen.

There our no free upgrades, even after 6months or years later lol. You can conveniently pay $100-$500 more on a decent upgrade,(here’s a tip-Verizon or Walmart, Straight talk is wayy cheaper for the same exact phone). I’ve walked in the store before wanting help, but I was a bother, so I decided to call and I was asking questions and then CLICK…maybe have some decent customer service, at least have a good day something.

I love my Metro plan, but our local store makes staying hard. They always act bothered when customers come in (and I always try to give the benefit of the doubt, I've worked customer service and know how rude customers can be). I never mind waiting or mess ups because we are all human. However, there is a problem I have tried to fix a few times that has cost me a lot of money over time. They talked us into added a line to our plan, but I ended up not needing it, so I went back a month later to have it removed. The charge was still there, so I went back again and they said it was fixed. I am on auto pay, and I went back to check my statements and I have still been getting charged over the last year! I'm very frustrated about the whole situation.

The customer service is really bad at this location. Was thinking about switching to Metro from my provider but I decided against it after how I was treated at this store. Thanks but no thanks. The people who work here are too bothered when a customer has a question. They only want to talk amongst themselves instead of help people who ate trying to give them money. Have now taken my business elsewhere.
