They never get my orders in on time. I ordered mine April 21st. and was supposed to be in April 26th. It's now May 2nd. and it's still not in and nobody there can give me any explanation. This has happened twice. The last time it took over two weeks to just get the right person to install a toilet.

We bought the majority of our kitchen from Lowe's. The first girl who helped us did an amazing job, we were very pleased. She resigned, went to make batter money. Our account was turned over to a guy who could care less. We called to update our order requesting back splash for our granite countertops that are on order. We called 4 times and each time someone said they told him face to face or they emailed him. Finally we went to the store and got management involved. They said they've gotten several complaints about him. Then why would you give him our account? We met up with him and he said he'd been off for a week. Lie, the schedule said he'd been at work. I hate it, we've given Lowe's almost $30,000.00 for this kitchen. I'm not happy at all. I spoke to two junior managers, 20 something year olds but nobody who's able to make major changes. He should be fired.

2 females needed help loading our home improvement stuff and were told they were sending someone out no one showed up we had to load on our own !!!!!

Be careful about giving money to these folks. We paid IN FULL for a deck on December 21st and we still do not have it, nor do we even have a date when it will be installed.The sales POC is the only person that seems to care. The "coordinator" stopped even responding to email. Shop around. Think twice...
