Kilgore Express Pharmacy is a local pharmacy that has received mixed reviews from its customers. Many customers praise the pharmacy's efficient drive-through service, the kindness and helpfulness of the staff, particularly Matthew, and the overall positive experience they've had. However, some customers have reported negative experiences with a specific staff member, an older blonde-haired lady, who has been described as oversharing personal opinions and degrading customers about their prescribed medications. While the majority of customers seem satisfied with Kilgore Express Pharmacy, one customer has expressed concerns about the inconsistent quality of the medications they have received, which has been a vital issue for their well-being. This customer has tried to address the problem with the staff and the owner, but unfortunately, they feel they may need to switch to a different pharmacy. Overall, Kilgore Express Pharmacy appears to be a pharmacy that provides efficient and friendly service, with the exception of the one staff member mentioned. The quality of the medications dispensed seems to be an ongoing concern for at least one customer, which has led them to consider finding a new pharmacy.
I got here early and was in line for the drive through and when the worker got here she asked what our names were so she could work ahead to get our prescriptions ready. It was very considerate and I will probably fill my prescriptions here from here on out.

I've not been using Kilgore very long and Matthew is great, very kind & helpful. However the older lady with blonde hair is horrible. Over sharing her personal OPINION of customers and the medicine they take , degrading & humiliating customers on what medication their Dr has prescribed for them.
