I had to put my souldog to rest after 13 years. Everyone there was so understanding and loving. They didn't rush me and get me say my goodbyes as long it took. A wonderful place for any pet and pet owner. Thank you all so very much for making one of the hardest decisions I had to make more comforting..

They let me dog die of parvo and would not give him medicine because I didn’t have enough money to cover it all at one time. This place is messed up would not recommend.

Dr. Lee is by far the most compassionate veterinarian in the area. He has been taking care of our pets for almost 30 years.

Absolutely a terrible experience. Dog had hernia repair. Was suppose to come home that afternoon. They kept him two days. Keep in mind I never spoke to the vet and I had to call them for updates. I was left in dark! Finally the assistant called and gave me an update on 3rd day and told me the dr didn't like how the surgery turned out and that's why they kept him for monitoring. Went to get him and speak to the vet about the surgery waited and hour an a half and never spoke to vet. They sent us home with dog and never spoke with a vet about the surgery at all. Only spoke to his assistant which is the only one who would take time to even speak to me. He spoke to my husband about the bill at a later date (which was $220 higher than the highest estimate we received) and was very rude and a smart ellic. Even lied saying I approved the extra charges and I've yet to ever speak to the man. I've never had an experience like we've had. Will not ever use them again. Office staff would not communicate between vet and the customers. They acted like are too busy to help their customers so I'll take my business elsewhere.

We have used this vet for years and they have always been great. Recently we had an after hour emergency, Our dog had cut an artery on his leg. We called left a message and they returned our call within 5 minutes. Dr Lee came out to the vehicle sedated our dog and had him stitched up quickly. They really do care for the animals, can’t give a high enough recommendation

Doc Lee ROCKS!!! As well as his ENTIRE staff!!! Doc is compassionate with animals and passionate about his work. I truly admire Doc Lee for his absolute care and consideration for the animals. He is very patient and kind. My German Shepherd and my Amazon Parrot are always extremely calm when Doc is working on them. I honestly appreciate Doc Lee and his staff. Thanks guys, for all the good you do daily.

They are the sweetest veterinarian location I have ever been to! They are patient, kind, and so understanding. I am so happy I have moved to a place where this veterinarian center exists!!! However, if you are in a hurry, you might get impatient here.
