This was such a great experience. My husband and I brought in our computer to see if it could be updated and fixed. We were so thankful to have such an honest company here in Fort Payne to help us. These guys were able to completely update and restore our older computer to perfect working conditions and it was only a fraction of the price of having to buy a new one!. Thank you guys for being so honest and upfront through this process!

Skilled labor is not cheap.But worth it. Fixed my tv, pdq.Then I got a great buy on another, better,newer reconditioned tv.It was so nice to get great old time service with a smile ?Will definitely look forward to shopping again.Very strongly recommend all Y'all do the same.

They are honest and they work fast!my laptop looked like it was pretty much bricked, but it turned out that windows wasn't installed correctly, I thought the hard drive was faulty, but they said it was working just fine and I saved a lot of money!Highly recommend!

My iPhone 7 fell from about 3 feet and wouldn’t turn on. I tried to go to every cell phone repair shop in Fort Payne and they were all closed. Even though DeKalb FixIt doesn’t fix phones, they still fixed my phone. They even fixed my phone is 5 minutes. I will definitely be back again next time I need a tv or appliance fixed. 10/10 recommend
