Dr. Jones and her staff have always been super nice, helpful and caring with both of my dogs. I couldn’t ask for a more loving and sympathetic staff.

I took my dog in to have her nails clipped. She won't let me do it at home. At the vet's office she'll lay on her back to have her belly scratched while the techs cut her nails without any problems. The techs are wonderful. I also appreciate Dr Jones coming in to say hello. Front desk ladies are always friendly.

Wonderful staff, very well organized and computer/media/notification savy. They never let me forget to replenish my dog's NexGard Plus or miss necessary annual shots and examinations. Highly recommend this animal hospital.

We brought our two dogs for shots, heart worm test, and nail clip to the vet today. All was done in a timely manner and shortly after we were back on our way home.

Dr. Jessica Jones is awesome! She saved our 13 yr old Maltese suffering from heart failure. We thought it was the end, but she gave him meds and restructured the meds another vet prescribed. We recently came to this area as a second home and are overjoyed to find such an extra kind and extremely competent Dr. for our little boy, Cooper. I would highly recommend DeKalb Animal Hospital, they are very caring.

DeKalb Animal Hospital is a wonderful place to take your quadrupeds. They have fallen in love with my Wilson puppy although he's goofy.

All my pets have been well cared for here. The vets are caring and personable and the office staff is friendly and helpful. Our pets are family to us and they understand that and treat them accordingly.

I've never had anything but good experiences from this place. From a friendly staff to a caring and loving environment makes this an excellent hospital to take your beloved pet to. They will take care of you and treat you like you are family, and that's really all anyone can ask for.

we recently went to the beach and had to have my dog be kept there for the week and they were so good to her and i know my dog isn’t the easiest to deal with and they were so sweet to her and it makes me feel so much more relieved knowing i can trust them to actually be patient with her so id just like to thank them for that :) and i also love that they call all the animals “babies” ❤️❤️
