I had a awesome experience. The employees are very carefull and nice. I had problems with my car after put gas early in the morning so i stopped by their shop, and Mr Craig put a device on my car. They figured out the problem and gave me instructions to fix it. They were very helpful, i reccomend this place.

Had a fantastic experience at AutoZone recently. The friendly service I received made my visit exceptionally pleasant. I went in for a specific need - a 2-pack of headlight bulbs. What I appreciate most about AutoZone is the reliability of their prices. It's a relief to know I can count on fair and consistent pricing.Interestingly, there's an Advance Auto right next door to this AutoZone, and I decided to compare prices. To my surprise, both stores had identical prices for the headlight bulbs I needed. Despite the proximity, I opted for AutoZone this time, primarily due to the excellent customer service I received during my visit.AutoZone's commitment to providing not only quality products but also outstanding customer service has earned my loyalty. I'll definitely be returning for future automotive needs. It's reassuring to have a go-to auto parts store where you can rely on both fair prices and friendly assistance.

Went in to have my alternater checked that I just rebuilt myself. Just replaced the brushes in it . Amazing it tested good. Saved me a lot of money.

They are amazing! Extremely helpful and knowledgeable, they are all also very polite and great at their jobs! If you’re needing help with something car related I highly recommend going here to get what you need! If you have any questions they will do their absolute best to help you out! Absolutely amazing experience every time! Craig is one of the men working at the time and he helped me with my headlight bulb that was stuck from where it had been put in incorrectly prior by a previous owner.

I am writing on behalf of my parents. A few weeks ago they went on a little trip to Fort Payne, Alabama where they had some issues with their truck. They decided to go to Auto Zone where they met Mr. Zachery Jones. This man worked tirelessly to figure out the problem and get it fixed with a smile on his face. He respectfully declined any type of a tip so we wanted to make sure he’s was noticed. Next time you’re at Auto Zone in Fort Payne, please tell him we said “thank you”. ☺️
