I enjoyed my first visit to this post office. I needed to ship off a document, it was an easy process. It was very clean in there, as well. The guy servicing me was very welcoming and friendly. He even gave my kiddos candy.

This post office repeatedly delivers my packages to the wrong house. Some have not even been found. How can you place letters in my mailbox but leave my packages at the wrong house? I never have a problem with other carriers. I have spoken to the manager about this issue several times, yet it keeps happening!

They changed our mail delivery person, constantly get delivery notifications yet nothing gets delivered, or it gets delivered to the wrong house. No accountability, no fixes, no phone number to call. Wasting our time and money.

I don't understand why the employees I've encountered at this facility are still employed there. The woman that delivers the mail in our area doesn't seem to care if we receive our mail, she constantly mixes our mail up or we don't receive it at all. I've had to get a PO Box in town because of her. These employed people need to leave so someone who gives a damn about doing quality work can earn the money and benefits these people get.

For the past 6 months I have not received my mail, my neighbors have gotten my mail. I was supposed to receive an official confidential document that needed notorizing for one of my clients, I work for the State, it never came. I spent all day yesterday securing another document, on a Saturday I had to pull alot of favors and 100.00 to get this and send it. A child's welfare depends on this document. I have never been impressed with this PO, now I'm angry and disgusted. I will be following through with this situation, Federal employees are not safe from losing their positions.

They no van read inglish, i am waiting for my package for 22 days because no body in this location read inglish, they no can read any address and send packege watever they want

Wish I could leave a 0! How does the lady with the bright red colored hair still have a job? Oh right, she works for a government agency! Most unprofessional service that I can ever remember! Use FEDEX, UPS!!!! You will thank me!!!

I turned in a change of address in November in person. No mail came to my new address. I called. Twice. I have received 1 forwarded piece of mail. It’s Dec 20th. I’ve already spoken to two entities who had mail returned by the new owner of the house. Not only did they not forward it the first time or after 2 phone calls, but also missed the return to sender as in maybe they should check for a forwarding order?!? Worst post office ever. 17 years in this area. Worst service and worst accountability ever.

Why can't we call them directly? Stop holding packages and just deliver them!! They had my package at their facility for TWO DAYS! What are they doing? And you can't speak to anyone. So inconvenient.

Worst PO EVER! If they aren't closed for a lengthy lunch break then they're closed due to system issues. Don't even bother trying to use them. They're never open.

All in all, I've never had an unsolvable issue with this office. They've never been rude, have seen them be sweet to the older 'regulars', been quick to resolve issues. Oftentimes the mail gets mis-delivered, but I've never known a post that did not. Overall, nice, clean & helpful.
