We take all our vehicles here for everything. They do a great job without breaking the bank. They are upfront with pricing, so you know exactly what you are looking at. I'll never take one of my vehicles anywhere else.

I was lied to by Jim Parson in the Pelham store saying he would not honor a warranty I bought there because they got a new system and he needed a serial number off my receipt. The owner himself told me he could see this information. However, Jim lectured me, I was cussed at by Rick, Jim lied for him as well. I was spoken down to and lectured for not having a paper receipt that they did not even need. They could see I bought all of my tires there and a warranty but because THEY needed a serial number (which they could apparently see) they would not even attempt to help me. Then had Paula get in my face unmasked during a pandemic and told me to leave the property. I tried to reconcile this with the owner who laughed at me saying my tire was old (bought in 2021) and he needed the old tire to do anything (I had to take it somewhere else who disposed of the tire since his employees would not even help me since I didn’t have the paper receipt). He then said he didn’t believe me when I said they had already disposed of it and that his employees reacted to me being upset about the situation by cussing at me and yelling in my face. I never cussed at or yelled at any of these adults that are twice my age and the owner wasn’t even there. He never apologized for the issue. Never said this never should’ve happened EVEN THOUGH he told me what I was told was false. All I wanted to know was details of the warranty IF the tire that I had blow out was the problem. This should’ve never escalated to this but apparently because I was a young woman…all of these older men and older lady felt it was ok to speak to me like I was a child. It’s so shocking and unacceptable.
