We had a great expirence here. My elderly father in law had issues with his car while we were on vacation. Its always scary to have your car worked on by someone new. They promptly fixed his car and were very fair. They even gave him a nice discount for being a veteran. Its good to know their are still talented honest people like Wilsons you can do business with.

My fiancé took her car there to have her tires changed when she left the car started to go into lent mode and stall out because they broke the tire sensors and they refuse to pay or replace them. Which has cost 1600$ in damage. They will not accept responsibility knowing they did it. Stay away spend the extra hundred dollars and go somewhere professional.

While on vacation, 12 hours from home, we had an incident getting off the Mobile Bay Ferry during a storm and high tide. Long story short short our exhaust on our vehicle was damaged and pulled apart in the middle. Our insurance company wanted us to try and find a local shop to "check it for safety". When we called it was a little after 4:30 and they closed at 5. I called and they said that they would look at it if we could bring it in. Luckily we happened to be about 15 minutes away. They looked under it and said it was safe to drive and they could do the work in the morning. I brought it back the next morning and they fixed it while I waited. We ended up having more damage than originally thought and they repaired it all. I couldn't be happier with the service I received from them. They really helped my family out in a time of need. Wilson's replaced header gasket, installed longer header bolts, changed spark plugs. Was informed my headers were not bent and were fine. This cost me $650. Three weeks later, I have an exhaust leak. This is the same leak that I took it to them for in the first place. Five days ago I spoke to a lady who said they would return my call. Never heard a word. Called and left two voicemails today, never heard back. I'm going up there in the morning. If nothing is done about this, then yes avoid this place at all cost. At-least give me the courtesy of calling me back.Service: Exhaust

I took my vehicle to Wilson's for an exhaust leak. After only three weeks, the same leak is back. Five days ago I called and a lady answered, she informed me that they would call me back when she talked to the mechanic. Today I have called and left two voicemails. Still have not heard anything back from them. To me, I more than paid enough the first time, to have better service than this. At-least have respect enough to return my call.

Took time out of their super busy day to run diagnostics on my truck to confirm we had an alternator problem and allowed us to borrow tools and a parking spot to replace the part ourselves. Super friendly and accommodating and didn’t want to charge for their willingness to run the test we needed. Highly recommend them to be a trustworthy business. We had our camper at Gulf State Park when I noticed a tire was not looking good, was about 2 inches taller than the one next to it. I had a blow out 2 weeks earlier so I decided to put 4 new tires on. I called 4 places that could not get them or was way to much. I called Wilson's and talked to John and he said he could have them the next morning. I went by there to talk to them more and mentioned to him I had to stop by Walmart and get some jack stands to put under axle on camper while I brought him wheels and tires to swap out and he just gave me a set to borrow. He did not ask for a depositor tires, that's first class service. Thanks JohnService: Tires
