Spoke to the post office 3 days in a row regarding a package with Insufficient address day 1 they told me they would hold the package for me to pick up at the post office day one I got hung up on three time and the busy signal all the other times from 930 till damn near one when someone finally answered and by that time they decided to ship my package back to the damn sender I am always having delivery issues with this post office this post office is horrible

This is the worst post office I have ever had to deal with. No one will help, no one answers the phone. The only response I have had or been given is you might want to try the Gulf Shores or Summerdale post office!

I'm local and have stopped by several times. Sometimes it will be a waiting line but it's moves smoothly. At one occasion they had 2 people working at the counter and 2 more were on the floor and they were asking people if they just needed stamps or just have a question. Was one Spanish speaking person and she didn't speak English, employee find someone from the back to help her. I thought they were very professional and helpful.
Please respect working people and have a little patience.

Most of the time just 1 employee at the counter. Long wait times in line. I am infuriated because my packages are always sent to another post office on the day of delivery. I have had 2 missent packages lately. Why is it so difficult for my delivery to be on time? I have had the same address for 2 years! Let's have some competency or some employees who do!

Not the best. I came in on a Thursday to order a new lock and key for my mailbox, as mine has been lost. After spending $50, I asked when I should expect the lock to be changed. The man at the desk came off very short and rude, and just said “probably tomorrow”. It is now Sunday and my lock still has not been changed. They could definitely do a lot better. At least give a real time estimate so that people aren’t checking their mailbox multiple times a day in hopes that y’all did your jobs.

Said package was delivered, and never put in mailbox, don't know what kind of outfit is running thus show, but stealing mail is illegal, even for the drivers!

Went to ship a package that was marked fragile. The person told me it had to with stand a fall on a concrete floor of 6 feet or more ? Why ??? They said you could buy insurance but it better be packaged really well or you won't get anything? Really ??

I know it’s all hit and miss depending on the person working but I had great experience with the Foley post office today. Went there just before closing time. They still help me with a friendly smile and my paperwork wasn’t done right but they told me just to knock on the door when I’m done and they will take it.

Our mail is being delivered after 7:00 pm every night. So it is dark and the postman is putting the wrong mail in our box and I am now missing a package that says it was delivered but I have not received it. God only knows where my mail is going!! Please ask him to be more attentive to the actual addresses on mail!!
