Trustmark had CD and Money Market accounts on higher rates of interest than usual and I am glad I got to invest in those before they went away.Way to go, Trustmark!

My experience was an AWESOME EXPERIENCE. When I first spoke with Mrs lilian wilson, I wasn’t were I needed to be with my credit. I was placed in a program by Mrs lilian to repair my credit. Follows up were made and work on my behalf was done. The process wasn’t easy but Mrs lilian made it easy and hassle free. At times I became discouraged and even wanted to give up, however Mrs lilian wilson reminded me of the final goal and today I'm a trading investor. She helps me make a daily profit of 15%, contact her for a profitable trading and successful withdrawal.

They never return your call. I was charged a huge late fee on my mortgage even though my payment was on time. I called and left my phone number and they never returned my call.\nAlso, when I took out the loan a couple of years ago, they quoted me a rate on my mortgage that was almost a *half percent* higher than I got through *** Mortgage. I got the lower rate, but unfortunately the loan wound up with Trustmark, anyway, through the broker. Do NOT get a mortgage with this company, because the unwarranted HUGE late charges you get, even though you pay on time, will add up to ridiculous amounts.\nThe fact that no one would call me back to dispute it is ridiculous! And, I left my phone number several times. I even called different departments and still no one called me back.

We were looking for a local bank before moving to Foley, and were guided to Trustmark by a mortgage officer at a loan facility in Gulf Shores. We could not be happier with the service. The personal touch is very much alive and well here. There are good people at Trustmark, people who are willing to provide old-fashioned service with a smile.

I have been with them for over 15 years. Great serice. Emplyees of the bank went the extra mile to help me get qualified to buy my home when I moved here. They call me by name and ask about my family. I feel like more than just an account number with Trustmark.

Have been trying for three business days to get them to just send in my paperwork of my mortgage to the VA to guarantee my loan,(which should have done in May) and they have given me the run around for three days.This so ridiculous I will never trust them or give them any service or recommend them to anyone.
