I purchased a Toyota tundra xsp, salesman told me it was a new trade and wouldn't sell until it was completely checked out. They replaced a pair of wheel bearings and a set of new high grade tires and didn't add it to the original price. I was impressed.

Adam was absolutely amazing! We never got the chance to actually meet him in person, because he was able to have our truck shipped to our house the next day! Bought this beautiful car about a month ago, waited to review and honestly I have no complaints. Mr. Adam showed true professionalism, I live out of state and had the car at my delivered the very same day the payment was processed. I have had a few cars and let me just say this was the smoothest process while dealing with dealership they even worked with me on some numbers so I could get the vehicle you just won’t see that anywhere else these days. Recently bought a used performance car from this establishment and I waited about a month to review and I have no complaints the Hellcat is amazing well taken of car, Mr.***** was very helpful. I lived out of state and he sent plenty of pictures, videos as requested and before I know it the car was delivered to my door step. I can not complain at all 100% satisfaction.

I'm not sure what is wrong with the management here, but something is seriously broken. I was shopping for a specific car and they said that they could locate multiple units within a day or two. Since then, nothing, not a call or a returned call after multiple attempts. I bought that car from another dealer and have been back twice to BBB because of a truck they had. After 2 visits of about 20 minutes each, nobody ever came out to ask if I was interested in anything. What a joke.

Owner thinks he's better than you , introduced himself to my wife while standing right next to me , and never even attempted to talk to me , not even a look in my face or hello , he's a peice of trash with a baby doll tan addiction , he belongs in a plastic box , in a fire somewhere !

I'm from Nashville. Tennessee went online and found a bmw m235i. That Triple B had for sale it was the easiest and best car buying experience I've ever had. Everything was done online they were helpful courteous and kind. I left on a Friday morning at 6:00 a.m. got to the dealership around 2:00. The car is clean and waiting on me. It was exactly as they said. They took my old BMW in on trade and gave me a very fair price in the future when I need a car I will be going on their website to see what they have. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Like I said one of the best buying experiences I've ever had. Oh yeah my salesman was Austin Faulkner. He is awesome!
