I came here on December 23rd with my son the floor sells workers were awesome, very helpful and friendly,unfortunately the people on the registers need to be trained better. After I paid I was told I could have got a 20% discount asked to be rerun was told no ask for the manager which just so happened to be standing right there and told me no, one of the female registers started laughing about it thinking it was funny if my son wouldn't have been standing there I would have returned everything the sad thing was my son bought some stuff there too and the exact same thing happened again. We spent about 500 between both of us. I was very disappointed the way the manager treated me. I figured we lost about $100 I'd like to see them lose $100 and see how they would feel. I've worked in retail most of my life mostly management and I know that you have customers that can be rude and mean but I did not treat them disrespectful and I was not expecting to be treated like that. The guy that run me up looked fairly new I don't blame him I blame his manager for not stepping up and doing the right thing.

Surprisingly found sizes that fit me very well (I generally wear tall sizes) and at a great price.

Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced in an outlet center. Employees seemed absolutely annoyed by any interaction with customers. And whoever the bearded man is, presumably a manager, would much rather pass on responsibility for something that actually take a second to answer a question or check on something himself. I have never complained about a single store in the outlet center. Until now.

Kinda felt like I was being watched a little too hard I bought some shirts and socks to wear to work and I could tell that every move I made was being watched by the 3 employees. I think I'll buy there clothes online cause they make me feel like I'm a shoplifter and I'm not lol

This is a clean, organized and well stocked store. The staff was welcoming and personable. If you like the merchandise here there's some benefits to the Tommy Hilfiger Club rewards. If you sign up with your email you get a coupon for $40 off $100 but you have to use it online. Inside the music is pleasant & quiet and the atmosphere is very pleasant. I can recommend this store for 12 and up because there is not a high selection of children's clothing. Bottom line: The quality of the merchandise is good but they have regular sales with up to 80% off which would be a good idea because their prices are all that competitive at full price.

Love this store!!!! My go to place for good deals on close out items. I always find items I am happy with and sales staff is always friendly and help. Very good quality merchandise.
