This is one of my favorite TB outlet locations because they always seem to have one of the best selections of clearance merchandise. IMHO, I think the reason for that is because the outlet is poorly located. It’s in a resort area geared toward younger families when their brand tends to cater to older people. Just go to the full price store and restaurant in Miramar Beach, and you will see what I mean. It’s off the beaten path for us. In fact, they are the only reason we make the drive to this mall. The staff is exceptionally friendly as well. I was upset once when I first made a drive here to find that they closed at 6 PM; I’m not sure if they still do that.

I shop at this location twice a yr because I drive 4 hrs round trip so when I go I usually make a large purchase!! Yesterday, my purchase was only 194$!! I gave the salesperson a hundred dollar gift card and a hundred dollar bill!! She was completely lost! After ten minutes of screwing up the transaction he gave me back the gift card with 6$ credit on it and kept the cash change! This is so ridiculous plus the mgr stood there and watched it all happen!!Maybe I need to shop closer to home?

We had no problem with the one time we visited there, but then we went again on Tuesday, September 5 to find that they were closed and a sign on the door listing their hours as closing at 6 PM on a weekday. How are you going to be closed at 6 PM when the rest of the mall is open until 9 PM? The Tanger app also states that you are open until 9 PM. Since they are the only TB outlet for miles around, we ended up driving out of our way for nothing because we were mainly interested in visiting this store.

Nice well stocked store and nice fitting rooms. They had 40-70% off sales. Got the perfect fitting swim trunks I needed.

My husband and I always make the Foley, Alabama Tommy Bahama Outlet a main stop when we come down from Michigan! The ladies who work there are so friendly and helpful...perfect southern charm! They always have a lot of great choices and deals! We will return every time we drive down to Gulf Shores/Orange Beach.

I had a issue with a shirt that was recently purchased. The two gals that helped me were wonderful. They showed me different shirts that were silk, puchased two and love them. Very nice job ladies.

Horrible customer service. No refund policy. Bought some shirt last week there and then I noticed it was defective. Brought it back in an hour. They told me I can only exchange it but there was no other shirt in a same size. And I also couldn't get my money back. Basically they forced me to buy something else even if it not what I exactly wanted
