As you can see from the other reviews. Mike Carey and his team are exceptional. I recently moved to Alabama, Gulf Shores area from Indianapolis, Indiana. I had to do so much in a very short period of time, much of which had to be done over the telephone or internet. The Carey Team accommodated me, and helped me close on my new home purchase within 1 day of the closing sale of my home in Indiana with only 2 weeks to prepare. Several months after the sale, Mike Carey reached out to me to insure that everything was okay with my purchase, and he extended his continual support in the event I need it. I can't say enough about my experience.

I bought a house in April 2023 and wound up using The Mike Carey Team for my home loan after a very bad experience with another mortgage lender. Mike was very sympathetic with what I had gone through with the other lender and took the time to understand my situation and get all the details. He was very up front with me about the whole process and made sure I was aware of any issues I might run into. He kept me updated along the whole way and helped me finally secure my loan for my house in Baldwin County! Him and his team go the extra mile for their customers and don't look at you as just another dollar sign. They are great at their job, very professional, and very caring people. If I ever move again within this area they will be the first people I call for my next loan!
