Purchased from here several times over the past few years. I have bad social anxiety and didn't want to embarass myself so I brought my fiance to help me pick out a .22 for the range. He knows more about guns and knew what I wanted and how to ask for it. ( Timid female in a gun store ran by aggressive looking men). I've had help in the past but this time it was an issue? I explained that the gun is for me, I just didn't know what to look/ask for, just as I had done in the past. They would not let me purchase the rifle we picked out because my fiance was the one that had asked for it/asked to see it. My fiance looked them over and handed me the one he thought I'd like. Again this was never an issue in the past at this exact location with the same exact employees. I was hesitant but handled the rifle and thought it felt good so I said we'd like this one and started getting out my ID and card. They'd ONLY sell it to my fiance. I'm trying to get into the hobby but it's shops like this that make it hard to. We drove almost 2 hours to come here because we had just moved and they had been so understanding in the past. My fiance didnt have his ID on him so we were heading back home to get it. They said that they could not accept any government pieces of mail with our current address on it (They sure as heck did in the past!). Idk why the sudden policy change. Or maybe they just were having a bad day. But the service here is not consistent. I found a different shop on the way home and was able to have 1) much better service. 2) understanding employees & owner 3) cheaper prices especially on the same exact ammo. Thanks for giving us a hard time for nothing.

Was looking to upgrade my 22 pistol to a 380 and Jordan was a big help with showing me their large selection of guns and answering all my questions. Drew gave me a very good price for my 22 and I walked out of there with exactly the gun I was looking for. The staff are friendly, professional and very knowledgeable and I will definitely be taking all my business to them in the future.
