My wife took her car in for balance, rotation and alignment. Arrived at 745am. Left at 1120 with car pulling to the right and driving worse then before she took it in. Returned back to the shop for them to recheck alignment. She waited in the lobby the entire time. I arrived at 2pm with car parked out front with a jack under left front wheel. I ask what was the issue and walk around the car. I have built cars and trucks my entire life. The guy supposedly working on the car was working on a UTV, guess more important than customer transportation that was brought back for bad work performed in the 1st place. I noticed no finger prints on wheels nor center caps, which has to be removed so lug nuts can be removed. I also noticed the front inside tires cupped, which was the sole reason we took the car for a rotation and alignment, indicating the tires were never rotated. No balance was done neither but had no charge on ticket for the balance, only rotation and alignment. Told them to remove the jack and give me the key. Only good thing they did was give a full refund. Will be taking my business elsewhere. She was able to get tires balanced and rotated at Island Tire (Awesome people and work) on Canal RD in Orange Beach before the day ended. Still not sure if alignment is correct or was even done. Now she will need to miss work next week to take somewhere else.

I had a flat tire which had to be repaired. They were fast, courteous, and friendly. I will be using them again!

During an RV trip to the area we developed a slow leak in our inside dually on our Class C. Tried another tire shop in the area first, but they did not solve the problem. Went to Sweat Tire and they worked diligently to find out what was causing the leak. We watched the man work hard to locate the problem and he was successful. They have tall bays that enable them to work on RV's, We highly recommend using Sweat Tire for the great work they do along with the pricing for their services. Sweat Tire will be the only place we call in the future if we need tire services again.From the front desk to the men hard at work in the bays, this wasa wonderful experience!! Terrific place for RV's with tire issues.

As we were on our way home to Missouri in our class c RV our brakes were soft and grinding. We called several places which were unable to help us. By a recommendation we called this shop and they said sure bring it by. It took all day to get parts and working us in but they stayed late till the job was done! Shout out to the guys for getting us home safely.

I had a blow out on my way down to the beach so I was trying to get a tire before hopping on the highway home. Pepboys in Orange Beach was super busy so they referred me to Sweat Tires. They were able to get me a replacement tire on my car and get me safely back on the road to within and hour and for a reasonable price. This was great service that I would recommend to anyone.

I took my car in to have a hub bearing replaced. Long story short, they replaced the wrong hub bearing. I took it back, & David made certain that the correct one was replaced. I was not charged for the 2nd one. I understand that mistakes happen, and real character shows when the vendor has to cover the cost of those mistakes. As long as David is at Sweat Tire in Foley, they'll get my business.

Sweat Tire & Automotive of Foley repaired a flat tire in the time they said they could do it. It was an easy in and out visit. The service desk employees were friendly. I was an out-of-towner and needed to get back on the road asap.

I debated on this post but ultimately I don’t want this to happen to anyone else. Took my truck in because of bad power steering leak. Kept truck a week then said high pressure hose leaking and replaced $457. Soon as I picked up truck power steering leaking just as bad as before. Took it back. After several days now it’s the power steering pump. $750. When I asked about the high pressure hose replaced was told. “Oh ya it was also leaking”. Not sure how many believe that but I sure don’t. Instead of acknowledging they made a mistake and offering to discount at least labor charges for unnecessary hose replacement they chose to be dishonest. This was the Foley location. PS after they worked on it the serpentine belt started squeaking which is possible even though only 80,000 on diesel truck. Their price $350. Took it to another shop $106.

If it’s not tires you need worked on, definitely find another shop, and I’m really not sure about the tires.In reply to the response, we spoke to the manager multiple times, had it worked on several other times for the same issue, and ended up taking it to another shop to find out the part that y’all replaced was bad.Same problem with two of our vehicles.We have this shop another chance after the first vehicle.

Lost the call to my radiator on the way to the Wharf Amphitheater and even though they don't carry them ,Jessica ordered one and some fluid to fill it up for us.Sweat Tires employees are a Life Saver! Thank you guys
