Suncoast Creations replaced the headliner on my Town & Country minivan a couple of years ago. They did a very neat job, with quick turnaround, for a reasonable price and it still looks like new.

My Father hired him to put a new top on his 1966 T-Bird. Received a check for the parts in the amount of $2464.99 on Nov. 11, 2022. My Father passed away 2 days later. I found a handwritten receipt for the top and some parts so I called them and in Dec. and told them I would still like to have the top replaced since my boys wanted to keep the car and my Father's dream was to do RTE66 in it. I live in Ca. and was leary about doing business with someone so far away but he said he already had the parts and said I would still need to pay the labor. I sent him a check for $2900 and he agreed to pick up the car and do the work as soon as he got back from the cruise he was on. Months and a second cruise later the work still wasn't done. I went to Alabama to empty my dad's house and get the car shipped to my home. He said it would only take a day and a half to do the job, so I dropped the car off at his shop and no one was there. I went by later, still no one there. The next morning and still no one there. I texted him and told him I had to pick up the car the next day so I could make arrangements to get it shipped home. No response so I went to his shop to pick up the car which hadn't been touched other than him trying to get the top to come down and realizing that the release mechanism wasn't working. As a former custom fabricator and auto repair tech, I would think that he would have checked that when he looked at the car and gave my Father a quote for the repairs. His shop was discusting, it looked like a hoarder's nest and smelled like cat piss and probably rat infested, nothing like the pictures on his site. There wasn't even enough room to open both doors on the car.He claimed he had 12 hours of labor in it which was a lie and wouldn't return what I paid in labor. I took the car and probably less parts than we paid for. This guy takes peoples money and pays for cruises and his fancy truck and wife's corvette and doesn't do what you pay him to do. I didn't even want to give him one star but you don't get that option!

I thought this place very cool. People here are very talented. Easy to talk to and fair pricing. They are very busy so know what you want done and how to explain it if you can. Expect to wait for your work order as they complete work as the orders come in . First in first out business theme. Also will take a little longer if your material has to be ordered. Positive vibe.

I brought my F-150 seat to a place on highway 59 called gulf coast upholstery and they told me it couldn’t be done so I brought it here and he was done within the hour. My seat looks like it came straight from the factory. I Highly recommend Suncoast and I am very pleased.

I used my daughter’s car while we were in Gulf Shores. I opened her sunroof. That was not a smart thing to do.?. We found a awesome place Suncoast Creation fix our problem . Shawn is the owner and operator. He was very helpful!??

I had my Dodge Ram seat repaired for several hundred dollars. It tore four weeks later in the same place. I went back. Business was locked up tight . I went back 8 times over the months. No one there

I was looking for help in finding the right color of vinyl dye to spray on the vinyl loveseat in my travel trailer. Shawn went out of his way to match the right color dye to my swatch. He even directed me to an auto parts store I could buy it from in Robertsdale. Thank you!

I brought in my VW beetle because the roof didn't want to close all of the sudden. Shawn was extremely knowledgeable of convertible tops and had it repaired in no time. Fast, honest and affordable. All of the guys were great and helpful to work with. I highly recommend their work.

To be honest I cannot say enough about the workmanship this business exemplifies. I own a mobility scooter that the vinyl and cushioning was not high quality. Over time it started to seperate and soon became similar to a glove over the cushion complete with disintegrating foam falling all over. I called a number of places however they seemed uninterested due to the fact that it was not a marine job. The folks at Suncoast took the job and basically wowed me. They made the scooter seat better then ever! It may even last longer then the scooter this time. Amazing workmanship, easy to work with, kept in communication and underpromised and overproduced. 5 stars isn't quite enough to describe how pleased we were. Thanks all!
