So far, so good. They even gave a 10% military discount. For 3 gallons of expensive paint, that was a nice discount.

The staff were so helpful and answered our questions. Then they mixed our paint within 15 minutes. We will be buying all our paint there from now on.

Needed semi-gloss or satin paint..had neither, in any color. Kinda like the post office not having stamps or KFC running out of chicken ?. Sorry not buying the "every body is having trouble getting stock these days " storyline. Make it happen.

Long wait just to even talk with someone - well over and hour and a half in line. ONE guy working and nearly bare shelves - every time someone asked for something, they were told “we are out of that”. Maybe he didn’t want to help everyone find what they needed - or he was overwhelmed with so many customers - but either way - they need a better plan for that store!

Extremely slow service, excuse by employees is “people would rather stay home then work here”. Really don’t want excuses especially when i’m spending several hundred dollars on paint.

I've been a Sherwin-Williams fan for a long time going back to my days when I was starting up a contracting company in the 80's. The local Sherwin-Williams was outstanding and suppliesd me with samples, brochures and lots of tools to make my job much easier. I only used their paints and was always happy.Fast forward 40 some years and I'm still a big fan. My local store has a very good staff of friendly, knowledgeable and efficient folks. Recently Joshua was very helpful and when I called in my order for a couple gallons of paint to be mixed he had them ready to checkout and go out the door by the time I arrived just 20 minutes later.They can get busy at times but there's always been 3 or more guys hustling to take care of customers every time I've been there. I also have observed then carrying paints and whole orders our to the cars for loading.The store is clean, well stocked and organized and they always work hard to get it right which is what I've come to expect from Sherwin Williams in the places I've lived.Bottom line: Great product, nice store, good people, what more could you ask for! Recommended!!
