Very slow diesel pump. 3 second for a 1/10 of a gallon. Only one at the pump. Fuel pumpa look very run down.

I used to love going in the shell everyone was friendly until the last few months I've noticed the manager Bonnie she's not polite to the customers and there has been several times I've witnessed her talking down to the employees and treating them like they were below her. There were some really courtesy employees and service until she came along. I would recommend shopping elsewhere.

Staff is very friendly and kinda. The store is very clean and has amazing food . 10 out of 10 recommend and tell everyone to come here. Staff makes you feel like you are family and very welcoming.

poor service girls had mad attitude and was higher than a kite , one of the girl who attended me had her eyes rolling back and was talking more like a mumble she had long blonde hair , and they we're playing with each other's hair while one girl attended the register

Competitive fuel prices versus other area Shell stations. Some pumps also dispense ethanol free mid grade. It's 50/50 whether you'll get a receipt from the pump, though. Pumps have been updated with tap to pay and fancy screens. Just be aware they keep odd hours, they're not 24 hours like other Shell stations.

I stop at this Shell to fuel up on my hour long drive to work from Daphne, the staff is always friendly, the store is well stocked and the restrooms are frequently attended and very clean! My go to stop on the way to work! Thank you Shell!

Middle of pandemic and neither staff nor customers wore masks. No mask mandate sign on door (as required). No hand sanitizer available. Store was run down and dirty.

This store needs help! I am 51 years old and have never been told I could not have my change back before. I went to this store yesterday and the woman that rang me up during the day told me she didn't have it. I thought I was going to have to wait to get it so I stood there and very sternly again said she did not have it and was making no attempt to get it was ready to move on to next customer I was dumbfounded that she was rudely just telling me I was not getting it.I thought about after leaving and am still very mad that I was treated that way. I used to manage a store and even though it was only.36 cents it's just that was mine if she does that alot during the day would add up.
