Was in Gulf Shores when we evacuated from St Pete,Fl from hurricane Milton,what an amazing place! It has every machine rack etc that you could want. Doesn’t matter what your discipline, powerlifting, CrossFit… Was easy to get a 1 week pass, they also offer daily passes, or of course monthly rates. The owners Gary and Valerie were great. If you’re ever in the area ,or live nearby I would highly recommend this gym.

Awesome Old School Gym that has equipments for every iron sport. I’m an Olympic weightlifter and they had a set of KG Rogue plates, a platform and a barbell that spun nicely.
Nelson is one of the trainers and he was a great guy.
The key fob entry was super easy and helpful since I trained at 5a before my family woke up while we were on vacation.
Great facility.

Great gym that helped me stay on track with my routine while on vacation. Could not have been more easy to sign up and go at my convenience, and the vibe of the gym fits just right, strictly business and hard work!

Loved this gym! We worked out here almost every day during our Gulf Shores getaway to keep up our routine. It was so nice that they have one week memberships! It was perfect. Open 24 hours. Excellent service.
This gym had no frills, and I mean that in the best way possible. There was no nonsense of people filming themselves working out. Very few mirrors. It was very old school, and we loved it!
The staff was super friendly. Everyone we came across was kind and courteous. Absolutely would recommend for anyone serious about their workout routine, especially for anyone visiting the area!

While on vacation at the Gulf Shores, this gym turned out to be the perfect spot for keeping up with my routine. It has an old-school vibe to it that is rare to find and it provided an ample amount of space and machines to lift. Friendly staff and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

This is a great gym.
If you’re a powerlifting and visiting Gulf Shores or Orange Beach, this needs to be where you train.
Equipment includes: 2 mono lifts, one TSS bench rack, Texas squat bar, Texas deadlift bar, Titan SSB, a duffalo bar and plenty else.
Machines are in good shape and they have a good selection of them - cable and plate loaded.
The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because I believe they should have a few more true power bars (whether Texas, Ohio, or anything else doesn’t matter).

The staff was incredible and kind. The gym itself is clean and has that classic hard body builder feeling. They have a day pass and a week pass for out of town visitors which is insanely smart and my husband and I really made use of that. Any time we come back to the area we will be back!!

Great gym!!! I was visiting for the week, and needed a place to lift at. Great pice, big gym with plenty of equipment. Easy to sign up and get access. Highly recommend.

Requesting a day pass was overly complicated, as you have to register and pay online, then get a door key code. It would've been much easier if an employee was just available at the gym. Day passes are $15 and for seven days, it's $30. It felt like the owner was trying to accommodate all fitness types, as I noticed equipment for not only the standard user, but also CrossFit and power-lifting. This made the facility very crowded and difficult to maneuver around. A lot of the equipment was dusty, simply due to no one using it. Only 2.5 stars, but I was happy to at least find a good set-up for my routine.

Came down to Gulf Shores for Spring Break. Ace's makes it simple to sign up online for a week-long pass. Great equipment selection. Friendly and prompt support from the owners. We would sign up for annual memberships if we lived in the area. Thank you for helping us stay in shape even while on vacation!

Love this gym. Gave me my home away from home while I was on vacation. Old school gym with a great staff. Loved the 24-7 availability. Highly recommend this gym if you're in the area or on vacation.

A great hard-core gym for a single visit or full on membership.
Trained here for four days during vacation early July 2023. Had a great experience with the equipment. Had the opportunity to chat with Gary, Gary Jr, and Val. All three were extremely friendly. I highly recommend coming by and training.
