While on vacation at the Gulf Shores, this gym turned out to be the perfect spot for keeping up with my routine. It has an old-school vibe to it that is rare to find and it provided an ample amount of space and machines to lift. Friendly staff and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
