Serviceman inspected refrigerator, concluded vents blocked with ice. Instructed me to wait 24-48 hrs then start refrig. Waited 72 hrs, found no water from ice, restarted refrigerator. Freezer works fine, refrigerator still does not; Checked for any airflow thru vents, none. Suspect damper is closed or a problem with controls. Also did not hear fan running.

On October 10th our Samsung washing machine stopped working. I filed a claim for the repair, paid my $125 and was contacted the next day setting up a technician to come out on October 12th. I planned my day around the service call and in the afternoon, I got a text stating my service call was rescheduled for October 16th. That was not a good date so I had to go into the system and reschedule the call for October 19th. I took a day off of work, planned my day around the service call and once again in the afternoon hours I got a text stating the service call had been rescheduled for October 23rd. I called AHS who put Sears on the line and explained to both that we have been without a washing machine for 2 weeks and asked that a call for the following day be rescheduled so we can get our washing machine fixed. I then asked for my service call fee of $125 to be refunded. I was told I had to file a claim for damages to do that (which I did). On the 23rd a technician came out and said he had to order parts. He left and we were still without a washing machine. There was a service call scheduled for October 30th. 20 days after the washing machine stopped working. I had to call the technician to find out when he was coming because we were told we would be the first thing in the morning. He verified the parts had arrived and said there were 2 stops ahead of us. We then got an email stating we were receiving a cash out replacement offer 20 days after the washer broke down. We have had to go to the laundromat on multiple occasions which could have been avoided. I then began to work with AHS since the $900 cash offer did not adequately replace the brand, color and features of our washing machine. The cash out customer service rep then lowered the offer to about $750 and thought it was perfectly fine to have a white washing machine with a black dryer. This is ridiculous. Why should anyone accept mismatched colors. When I asked her if she thought it was acceptable to have different colored washing machine and dryer, she said she doesn't comment on her personal life. I then asked her how she sleeps at night by arbitrarily changing the cash out offer to a lower number because she felt a different washer better matched the one we have. She put me on hold for multiple extended times and had to really reach deep to get to a lower number. She even commented that nobody thinks the cash award is good enough. I had apples and she was offering oranges. She then told me I had to submit my receipt to show proof of purchase that includes a one year manufacturer warranty. This is not mentioned in the email. This is completely unacceptable. I am requesting at least a refund of my service call.

My Kenmore Elite refrigerator needed a new water and air filter replacement. I tried to find them on Amazon with no luck. Called this store and gentleman said he would order them and let me know when they came in. I waited over a week without hearing back from store. Went in to ask and was told they couldn't find the parts either. I asked what was I supposed to do now? Their reply...we'll ma'am I don't know. Not exactly the customer service I was expecting.

This company don't have much technicians who are reliable. They had reschedule me 5 times. And still have no technician to come out. It's been over a month a half without a working appliance. I highly don't recommend them.

Brand new package of Craftsman Screwdrivers everyone very rusty was placed in closet for G.sons gift look at the photos. This sorry store refused to swap them out and yes they had them in stock. Look at how rusty. Craftsman has gone down, no longer a quality tool. Never been out of the package looks like was dipped in acid. China tools. Waiting on reply from Craftsman/Warranty email.

This place is a joke.....No wonder sears is going out of business and closing stores across the country. Purchased a refrigerator ($2000) bought the warranty as well ($400) . When delivered ( was told it included installation) dropped in driveway on a pallet and they left. Upon opening box door of fridge was damaged. Called salesman to inform and he said was not his problem and hung up on me. .called owner "Barbara" and she said she would handle it. She lied told me part was on back order....not true according to warranty department that I finally got a hold of Barbara told me she would handle it peraonaly...the order was never even placed by her or anyone else. Bottom line this is the same business that talks about supporting locals and buying from local shops.....when I do this is how u am treated. ? Will never step foot in this place again and will celebrate in front of the abandoned store front when this '"locally owned " business closes its doors for good. Had to give one star to post otherwise it would be no star.
