5-10-2023…No customer service at all. When I walked in the young man behind the counter was on his phone. Never looked, never greeted me, never said anything. He was also the same with other customers as they came and went.The young man never ask anyone if the needed help, looked down the whole time on his phone. When I checked out I had to get his attention so he could get off his phone to check me out. Is the norm for this store? If it hadn’t been sale items I would have walked out. I’m a local, sorry I won’t support a business that doesn’t recognize customers when they come in your store to spend their money.

We were extremely disappointed in our visit here. We actually had items together to purchase and the only employee in the store barely looked up from his phone to answer any of our questions. My husband ended up telling me to put everything back because the employee was no help at all. He certainly didn't move. From the sound of his answers to our questions, I honestly thought someone pulled him from the side of the road becsuse they needed a body in the store. We will not be back.

Horrible customer service. Female cashier was unfriendly and couldn’t be bothered to look up from her phone to actually come over and ring my husband up for his purchase. My husband thanked her as we were leaving and she sarcastically said, “mmhmm.” Completely unprofessional.

Ashley was awesome!! She couldn't take cards because of issues with the internet but she made the most of it. She was very helpful! I found the cutest outfit for the pool side!! Thank you, Ashley!!
