The blonde manager is has absolutely no manners. She is rude to the customers and even more rude to her employees. I understand you close at 10, but you could get a lot more people through the line and out of the store if you weren't so focused on locking the doors, searching bags, and micromanaging everything. I will definitely stay in Pensacola where the hours are better and people say "You're welcome" when you thank them for finally stopping to unlock the door and let you out.

The young lady Joselyn, Joslyn, or whatever her is was very rude. I asked if she could get me an extra purse since she was already at the purse rack. She walked away and told me that she had to ring up customers.
