THANK YOU foley Regions for locking the door in my wife’s face at 4:29 on the dot, all while there were still people in line inside. All she needed was a cashier’s check, a thirty second transaction. The employees are rude and behaved in a condescending manner towards my wife while she begged to be let in. I’ve used your bank for years. Would put zero stars if I could. Will be using the fairhope regions from now on, if not moving to a different bank entirely.

Bank closed the door literally in my face before it was even closing time and then when I said Hey it only this time she said like I said it closed the rudest employee I’ve ever seen. They should focus on customer service!!

Just responding to negative reviews of bank associates.I mostly go thru the drive thru and they are quite attentive & pleasant in my experience.However I did have a horrible experience in the 90's with a rude & unprofessional loan officer named Vivian Houser hopefully retired by now.

Most unfriendly bank I’ve ever walked into. Branch manager is the most disrespectful and unhelpful person in any customer service work ever! Stay away!

The employees are very polite and professional but it is obvious there is a lack of communication between the employees and the branch manager.The employees tell me what the bank manager will do but that does not seem to occur. The branch manager at this bank also does things completely different from the Regions in the state I just moved from.EDIT: I called today to inquire about my account. I called six different times and the phone rang and rang until the call cut off. Finally on the seventh call, someone answered. I spoke with Manager Kelly. I inquired why the bank was not releasing part of the funds for a government check I deposited. I advised her two separate employees on two different days stated partial funds would be released. She stated I would receive a reason in the mail. I read her the letter I received and stated no reason was given. She said it could be several reasons and those “in the back” made that decision. I stated I just wanted to know which of those “several reasons” allowed those “in the back” to make that decision. No definitive answer and she made no attempt to try and find an answer. It is just frustrating to be told one thing by two different employees, then told the opposite from another.

bank sucks, dont do anything without charging you and wont answer the phone been trhying to call the foley branch for 4 days.

Samantha Wheaton was absolutely amazing. I had an account with USAA and they closed my account without telling me and sent me a check with my old last name. She was able to help me get it pushed through since I don't live in the state anymore. Very responsive, attentive, and caring.

Don’t get a account at regions! It take days to process any checks unlike wells Fargo.

Most inconvenient bank I've ever had!!!! I made a huge mistake using this bank. The atm rarely works, I can never deposit cash through the atm, the mobile banking works about half of the time. I will be closing my account here!!!
