I stopped in and got a gel pedicure and I feel like crying tonight.The day after my pedicure, my big toe split right down the middle because he used a dremel to take off the old gel, and I could feel that he had gone too deep. I simply used some super glue and moved on. The next day a little toe nail broke right off at the nail bed. Then the next day two more broke right off into the nail bed. Tonight, my split big toe has blood in between the nailbed and the nail because the split has gone lower and it hurts. My nails have always been very hard, strong, and healthy. I have NEVER had something like this happen. I knew I should've spoken up when my nailbed started tingling because he was taking off more than the gel.... and he was super rough throughout the entire process. Just beware when you go ask them to soak the gel coat off instead if grinding it off. I wish I had!

Had my first pedicure ever back in Feb. and wow. Did a manicure too. First time using gel polish ever. Amazing how long it lasts. Did make a mistake and used another salon for manicure and polish it was ok but not the Queen's experience. Second pedicure yesterday at Queen's as well as manicure(this is my third manicure at Queen's). Tried a very different color for me and really love it. So much fun to be pampered and try new things.

I'm an older woman in my early 50s and I've been experiencing fake nails for Well over 30 years, I remember getting the Lee press ons & super gluing them to my fingers when I was a teenager. things have come a long way, in technology, but not in service queens nails is the best I've ever been to just yesterday I went to another place in Foley. Alabama almost cried a car. How horrible they looked and my eyebrows and my toes. I'm going to Queens tomorrow on my only day off this week after I've done paid for everything at another salon and pay for them to fix me! I should've just waited now I have to pay twice anybody that has anything bad to say about Queens isn't a regular customerlove y'all see u In the morning

Went to Queens today to get a fill. Got there at 9:30 am. Sat there for an hour, watching people come in for services and getting services immediately. They had me just sitting there. After an hour of waiting, I was finally approached by a tech to receive services. It turns out that they waited until a student came in before servi es could be given. I have been treated this way before, but have tried to ignore it. This owner seems to favor certain customers. Today, I didn't feel like dealing with this treatment. I apologized to the student, (not her fault) and left. There was no reason for this type of treatment. I've been to Queens for nail services before and have always been kind to whoever serviced me and always gave a generous tip. I don't want to believe it was for a stupid reason (like race???), but it seems to be the case. At any rate, if you are a person of col, don't bother with this salon.

Ava was absolutely amazing. The BEST pedicure and full set I've had in years! I've never done the French coffin cut and it came out beyond my expectations! The salon is super clean and so accommodating.
