I have never had more problems with ANY company! 1st my dr ordered cpap supplies which took months and months and so many attempts to get some one to call me back. Now I reordered supplies and paid for them. Got another bill for $50 more called they said insurance didn’t pay enough . I paid. Then got a $5 bill right after and now today received another 23 dollar bill and called and no one answered of course. I will never do business with them and suggest you avoid a lot of frustration and don’t either!

Tried to order CPAP supplies 3 weeks ago and still no supplies sent to my home. I am so tired of hearing the excuse that it is due to Covid-19. The worst customer service.

My wife, who is on oxygen 24/7 and needs a full flow machine that will maintain 3L. QRC has this machine but refuses to sell it or lease it to me for my wife. They don't care about your needs even if you are willing to pay extra. There are plenty places to do business with that do have your well being at heart. Their reason, it's the only one they have on a shelf where it has sat for several months.

Quality Respiratory Care has parts for your CPAP machine. No store in Orange Beach or Gulf Shores had the part we needed. The staff was helpful. It was worth the trip to Foley.
