I was extremely disappointed in my recent experience. Service was below satisfactory. While the lady working the front was friendly when I walked in. She wasn’t helpful and ignored me in the fitting room. The fitting room! Half of the light did not work and it was so dark. Even in the hall/mirror area. The floor grossed me out with all of the stains. The trim was covered in a thick layer of dust. Scuff marks all over the walls. I felt cleaner when I tried on clothes behind a clothespin curtain in a Kazakhstan bazaar. When I came out of the fitting room looking for the sales lady, I noticed she was closing up her register with 45 minutes until closing. Instead of asking if the garments I tried on worked out, she instead asked if I was going to be paying with cash. Then proceeded to tell me she cannot take cash payments due to her closing the draw down. I left without buying anything and do not foresee myself going back.

I visited this store about a month ago with my daughter. We received great customer services from the entire staff when we entered the store.There was a staff member by the name of Ashanti who was awesome. She was patience, kind and super accommodating. She worked well with my daughter and was very helpful in finding exactly what we needed.ThanksOlivia H

Visited today to do a little shopping before leaving from vacation and I purchased some items …I went to a few other stores and came back 5 mins before closing to return some of the things I purchased earlier! The two ladies would not let me in .. again 5 minutes before closing . Like I said I’m on vacation and getting ready to leave out anyways..

Jackie took such amazing care off my 88 year old Mother. My mother wanted an “old lady Bra” that filled an 88 year old bra like a 20 year old.. Jackie after 45 minutes or more and just as many bras found my Mom the perfect fit. I really appreciated her time and patience with my Mother. Finding this kind of service is not often found.

This is a very nice store, but the prices are not outlet in my opinion. The store associate was very excited to tell me about the 60% off rack which held an item I was looking for. I purchased the same Maidenform piece at Walmart cheaper than they had it at 60% off. She was very friendly and helpful. Im just not sure it's worth buying in the outlet store when Walmart carries Maidenform. Just my opinion.

Prices are very high here. You can find good deals on something's during a sale. It's a good place to shop if you have lots of money. I'd say that the high priced things are worth the money. Just not for everyone's budget.
