WHENT TO CHANGE COMPANYS., AND GET THE FREE PHONE. DID NOT GET ANYTHING. THEY TRYED TO SALE ME A PHONE, DID NOT EVEN TALK ABOUT A PLAN.SHE ACTED LIKE SHE DID NOT REALLY HAVE TIME TO EVEN WAIT ON ME.. I'M NOT VERY HAPPY ABOUT THS SERVICE.

I do not have a phone there but they helped me for a family member and I was completely satisfied and very impressed with the young lady who helped. 5 out of 5

Had a great experience didn't know my account info to switch but Sarah and gennel did great getting g all info needed tried to get me approved for the acp program and everything they were great
